We wrapped seven double-decker buses and five trucks for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Pageant, to a deadline that didn't move, for an audience of millions. We wrap West Ham United's team coach and matchday buses. And we wrap tour buses, school coaches, shuttle buses and private hire coaches for operators across Surrey and London, indoors, in a Caterham unit built to take them.
Bus wrapping and coach wrapping are the same discipline at different scales. If you've got a coach and a brief, we've almost certainly done something like it.
“Our team are able to speak to our Wrap Cube Account Manager 24/7 and arrange emergency fixes for damaged vehicles or change our vehicle bookings at the last minute. We wouldn’t trust our fleet with anyone else.”
Andy, PRS Distribution, fleet clientA full coach wrap is typically three to five days including settle time. A partial or campaign wrap, one to three days. Pricing is per vehicle and depends on size, coverage and how many fittings need working round. As a guide, a full coach or double-decker wrap is a four-figure job rising to five figures for large vehicles with full roof coverage; campaign panels and partials are considerably less. Fleets of buses are planned and priced as a fleet.

Vehicle type, fittings (mirrors, vents, destination boards, wheelchair lifts), artwork or brand files, and the deadline.
Artwork on a template of your exact vehicle. On a coach, seam placement across curved rear panels and around the windows is the whole game.
HP latex on 3M IJ180 or Avery MPI cast film, laminated.
Indoors at Caterham, at a controlled temperature, with proper access to the roof and high panels. Sequenced so the joins land where they're least visible.
Every panel, every edge, before the vehicle leaves.
Buses get washed hard, often, with strong chemicals, and they live outside. We fit cast film, laminated, because it holds on big panels and over rivets and doesn't shrink back from its edges. Three to five years is the fair expectation for printed livery; longer for self-coloured film. As a 3M Select Gold Partner, the film is fitted to spec with the manufacturer's warranty.
Twelve vehicles, seven of them double-deckers, all wrapped to a single date that could not move, for a pageant broadcast live.
The vehicle type, whether you want the roof covered, and details of destination boards, mirrors, vents, luggage doors and the wheelchair lift if fitted.
Coach operators around Croydon, Redhill, Crawley and Gatwick, school and private hire operators across Surrey, and London bus, tour and shuttle operators all use the Caterham unit.
Full, partial and panel bus advertising wraps produced and fitted indoors at Caterham, to a launch date, and removed clean.
Printed wrap panels on 3M IJ180 and Avery MPI cast film, laminated in house on HP latex kit.
It depends on the size and coverage. Campaign panels and partial wraps are the lower end; a full double-decker with roof is the higher end. We quote each vehicle individually and itemise it.
Three to five days for a full wrap including settle time; one to three for partials and campaign panels.
Yes, with perforated one-way vision film on passenger windows. Driver visibility windows stay clear. We'll advise on your vehicle.
Three to five years for printed livery on laminated cast film with normal fleet washing. Campaign graphics are designed for shorter life and clean removal.
Yes. We plan it as a fleet: templates, batches around your timetable, an account manager. The Jubilee project was twelve vehicles to one deadline.
Yes, and we quote it separately because old, sun-baked film varies a lot in how it comes off.
