A wrapped van is the cheapest advertising you'll ever buy per day, provided it's designed to be read and fitted to last. We've been wrapping vans at our Caterham unit for over 18 years, for sole traders with one Transit and for fleets with hundreds. Van wrapping in London and Surrey is most of what leaves the unit, and a Croydon plumber's van gets the same process as a fifty-vehicle fleet. Same film, same indoor bay, same panel-by-panel check before it leaves.
Send us the van's model and year and your logo, and we'll come back with a design direction and a price, usually the same working day.
“Our team are able to speak to our Wrap Cube Account Manager 24/7 and arrange emergency fixes for damaged vehicles or change our vehicle bookings at the last minute. We wouldn’t trust our fleet with anyone else.”
Andy, PRS Distribution, fleet clientFor standard livery sets (logo, contact details, a strip of colour), many vans are in and out the same day. Book, turn up with it clean, collect after work. Full or high-coverage wraps usually need a full day per van, plus the night for the film to settle where it needs to. If you've got a deadline, tell us at the start and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable.

We've fitted hundreds of van wraps and watched which ones get phone calls. The pattern is consistent.
What you do and where. "Emergency plumber, Surrey" beats a list of eleven services.
On the rear doors especially, because that's what the driver behind sees at the lights.
Ask us and we’ll talk you through it.
Dark text on light panels or the reverse. Subtle grey on white looks smart in the studio and disappears on the A22.
The best wraps have a lot of the van's colour showing.
Most of your impressions come from traffic behind you.
We'll tell you which one your van and your budget want. Sometimes that's the cheaper option.
Every panel printed and laminated. The roof too if you want it. The van becomes the advert. Right for delivery firms, brands, and any trade where the van sits outside a customer's house all day. It also covers dents and tired paint and protects the panels underneath.
What it costs
Printed graphics on the sides and rear, with the van's own colour as the background. Most of the visual impact for a good deal less money, and quicker to fit. This is what most trades vans should have.

Cut vinyl logos, lettering and contact details straight onto the paint. No print, no lamination, often fitted the same day. If you have a white van and a clear logo, start here.
We photograph or template your exact van: racks, ladders, beacons, sensors, reversing cameras, sliding door rails. The artwork is built on that map so nothing important lands on a rivet or a fuel flap.
Your artwork, or ours if you don't have any. You sign off a proof that shows every side. That proof becomes the standard for the next van.
HP latex print on 3M IJ180 or Avery MPI cast film, laminated with the matching over-laminate. Unlaminated wraps fade and scratch; we don't fit them.
Wash, decontaminate, remove or mask fittings as agreed.
Indoors at Caterham, controlled temperature, seams planned to fall on panel lines. Post-heated into recesses so it stays.
Every panel, every edge, before you collect. Aftercare in writing.
Self-coloured (off-the-roll) film on a colour change van: five years and more. Printed and laminated wraps: three to five years, depending on mileage, sun and washing. Cut vinyl sign writing on 3M or Avery cast film: five to seven years. Every film we fit carries the manufacturer's warranty when installed by an approved partner.
Care is simple: hand wash or touchless jet wash at a sensible distance, no brush car washes, no pressure-washing edges at point-blank range, and deal with fuel spills and bird droppings when you see them.
Most of our van customers are within half an hour of Caterham: Reigate, Redhill, Oxted, Warlingham, Purley, Croydon, Bromley, Sutton and across south London.
Sign writing, partial wraps and rear graphics fitted the same day at our Caterham unit on cast film that lasts.
Custom van and car wrap design built on a template of your exact vehicle, from a logo on a business card to a fleet livery standard.
Flatbeds, tippers, dropsides and crew vans wrapped to one livery on film that survives tubes, boards and a Friday pressure wash.
Permission, removal, colour notifications and what the lessor will want back at the end.
A full printed wrap costs the most, a partial wrap roughly half that, and cut vinyl sign writing the least. Fleet vehicles are priced per vehicle by size and coverage, and every quote is itemised.
Sign writing and simple livery: often same day. Partial wrap: a day. Full wrap: a day to fit plus overnight for the film to settle. We confirm timings once we've seen the van and the coverage.
Usually, yes. Wraps are removable. Check your lease agreement, get permission in writing, and plan for professional removal before the van goes back.
Tell them. Some insurers offer a discount for sign-written vans because they're easier to identify and less attractive to thieves. Either way, an undeclared modification is a risk you don't need.
Printed and laminated wraps three to five years; cut vinyl five to seven; self-coloured film five plus. Mileage, sun and how you wash it are the variables.
Small dents disappear under film, and film protects the paint. Large dents, rust or peeling paint show through or cause the film to fail, and need fixing first.
Yes. On tall vans it's mostly seen from above (offices, bridges, multi-storeys), so it's optional unless the van is a full colour change.
Send us the van's model and your logo, and you'll have a design direction and a price back the same working day in most cases. Or ring 020 8944 6360.
