Commercial vehicle wrapping turns the vans, pickups, trucks and cars your business already runs into advertising that's on the road every working day. We've been doing it from our Caterham unit for over 18 years, for one-van firms and for fleets of hundreds, as a 3M Select Gold Partner with a facility built for commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicle wrapping in London and across Surrey is the bulk of the work.
This page covers how we run a commercial job. The vehicle-specific pages are linked below.
“Our team are able to speak to our Wrap Cube Account Manager 24/7 and arrange emergency fixes for damaged vehicles or change our vehicle bookings at the last minute. We wouldn’t trust our fleet with anyone else.”
Andy, PRS Distribution, fleet clientFor standard livery sets, many vehicles are turned round the same day. Full or high-coverage wraps usually need a full day per vehicle. Lorries and coaches take longer. We'll confirm realistic timings once we've seen the models and the coverage, and for fleets we schedule in batches so most of your vehicles stay on the road.

If a wrap changes the main recorded colour, update the V5C. A branded white van with graphics is still a white van.
Declare it. Some commercial insurers discount branded vehicles.
Vehicles that stop on or beside the highway for work need conforming reflective chevrons. It's a separate specification and we fit it.
Vehicle branding is generally treated as an advertising cost for a business. Confirm with your accountant.
Because fleet graphics are built from templates, a damaged panel is reprinted and replaced on its own.
Fleet wrapping is priced per vehicle by size and coverage, with the per-vehicle price falling as numbers rise. Partial wraps and sign writing cost less than a full wrap. Lorries, trailers and coaches are quoted individually. Every quote itemises design, print, lamination, preparation and fitting.

No. Everything is fitted at our Caterham unit. Indoor, controlled conditions are how we keep a fleet consistent, and it's why we hold 3M Gold status. We schedule so most of your vehicles stay working.
Same day for standard livery; a full day per van for full or high-coverage wraps; longer for lorries and coaches. We confirm once we've seen the models.
Only if the main colour on the V5C changes. Graphics on a white van don't change the recorded colour.
Printed graphics are colour-matched to your brand references on HP latex and proofed before print. Self-coloured films are matched from the 3M and Avery ranges, with a physical swatch on the panel.
For fleet clients, the account manager gets it booked in quickly. Because the graphics are template-based, we reprint and replace the damaged panel only.
Send the vehicle list, the body types and your brand files, and we'll come back with a plan and a price, usually the same working day. Or call 020 8944 6360 and ask for the commercial team.
